We offer business-to-consumer (A2P) text messaging through our short code and 10-digit long code (10DLC) system. By opting in, you consent to receive marketing and transactional texts from Chief Phelps Media at

Standard messaging rates apply per your carrier plan.

Post or transmit any content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software—is our property or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Services & Fees

Our digital marketing, SEO, Google Business Profile management, and lead-generation services (the “Professional Services”) are provided under separate agreements. Fees, payment terms, and deliverables will be defined in each engagement contract. All invoices are due net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: While we strive for results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., ranking, lead volume).“As-Is” Basis: The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chief Phelps Media and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the latest update. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
